Rainbow House is a culturally competent shelter committed to providing comprehensive support to women and children in crisis. During their three-month stay, our staff work hard to help support residents towards independence and their personally defined success goals.
In January 2014, Rainbow House became part of KAFSC’s comprehensive survivor services through a merger with the former Women in Need Center, Inc. Through the joining of vision, hearts and staff through this unprecedented merger in the Korean community, KAFSC is now able to provide emergency housing along with its other services to victims of violence.
For the 2014-2015 fiscal year the Rainbow House Shelter is partlially supported by the Mary Kay Foundation. marykayfoundation.org
