Silent March Against Domestic Violence

Break the Silence, End the Violence:

Join KAFSC for its 21st Annual Silent March Against Domestic Violence

Friday, October 5th, 2018 @ 5PM

To participate, please arrive at the NYPD 109th Precinct, located at 37-05 Union Street in Flushing at 5:00 PM. Please wear purple, the official color for domestic violence awareness. The march will conclude at the Queens Flushing Library where a press conference will be held.

For more than two decades the Korean American Family Service Center (KAFSC) has marched against domestic violence in its annual Silent March. We march to break the silence and end the domestic violence that is happening right in our homes. With more and more people fighting to end violence in the MeToo movement and the VAWA renewal, it is more important than ever to do our part. Let your actions be heard louder than words. We invite you to join us in this fight against domestic violence and march with us in KAFSC’s 21st Annual Silent March against Domestic Violence!
