Anniversary Benefit Gala
As KAFSC helps thousands of individuals who are affected by gender-based violence annually, we host a Gala each year to celebrate our survivor’s resilience and their achievements with our wonderful supporters. With various performances and an awards ceremony for our esteemed honorees, this magical evening is truly one event we look forward to every year!
AAPI Family Fun Day
In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, KAFSC hosts its annual AAPI Family Fun Day every May. With numerous games to choose from and plenty of prizes to be won, we invite families to kick back as they enjoy free food and refreshments on a beautiful day at the park.
Rally Against Sexual Assault
With the Youth Community Project Team (YCPT), KAFSC stands in solidarity with survivors and advocates during the important month of sexual assault awareness. Through Rally Against Sexual Assault (RASA), we stand united in the fight against gender-based violence to empower our youth and community with prevention strategies. Together, we raise our voices, challenge societal norms, and create a violence-free society while celebrating the resilience of survivors.
Silent March Against Domestic Violence
Every year, KAFSC hosts its Silent March Against Domestic Violence to bring awareness to the issue of domestic violence within our communities. In our goal to prevent and end domestic violence, sexual assault, and relationship abuse, we work with various community leaders to take a stand for the countless victims that lack the necessary support. Until our vision of a violence free society is achieved, we pledge to keep on marching and tirelessly push forward with our mission.
